<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Church of St. Rose of Lima's
<br />request for an Exemption from Lawful Gambling Licensing Requirements to
<br />conduct lawful gambling activities on September 24, and December 17, 1995,
<br />and March 31, 1996, at 2048 Hamline Avenue be amended to read "conduct
<br />lawful gambling activities on September 24 and December 17, 1995", and delete
<br />March 31,1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the Church ofSt. Rose of Lima's

<br />renewal of their Premise Permit for a two year period to conduct charitable
<br />gambling activities at 1145 Woodhill Drive, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />ORGANIZA TIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the 1995 Law Enforcement Labor
<br />Services Contract settlement be approved, and authorizing the City Manager
<br />to execute a contract incorporating the settlement terms. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the City be authorized to enter into
<br />a Joint Powers Agreement with the following communities for the purpose of
<br />recycling maintenance materials: Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale
<br />Little Canada, New Brighton, Roseville, Shoreview, White Bear Lake, Vadnais
<br />Heights, White Bear, and Ramsey County. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel,
<br />Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that approval of a Cooperative Facilities Use
<br />Agreement between the City of Rose vi lie and Independent School District 623
<br />for the construction of a Gymnastics Facility and the joint use of the Roseville
<br />Area High School be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday,
<br />June 26, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
