<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-I Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />June 12, 1995, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, P.
<br />Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />B. CONSENT AGENDA
<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent Agenda, I~ems B-2
<br />through B-9, B-11 and B-12, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel,

<br />B-1 City Manager Steve Sarkozy stated Item B-1, Reiling Tax Increment, was
<br />withdrawn from the agenda for further review and would be brought
<br />before the Council at a later date.

<br />B-2 P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Roseville Community Band's request ROSEVILLE
<br />for a Temporary Nonintoxicating Beer License for the celebration at Central COMMUNITY
<br />Park Lexington on July 4, 1995, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, BAND
<br />Mastel, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />B-3 P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Midwest Sports Events request for
<br />a Temporary Nonintoxicating Beer License for a softball tournament at the
<br />Central Park Victoria Athletic Complex on July 4, 1995, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wi ski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />B-4 P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Q Steaks, Inc., dba Minnesota
<br />Steakhouse, request for On Sale and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses because
<br />of a name change to Timber Lodge Steakhouse, Inc., dba Timber Lodge
<br />Steakhouse, at 1655 West County Road B-2, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />B-5 P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that a public hearing for DF&R
<br />Operating Company, Inc., dba Don Pablo's Restaurant, request for Application
<br />for On Sale and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses at 2700 Lincoln Drive be
<br />scheduled for the regular City Council meeting of Monday, July 10, 1995.
