<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members present:
<br />Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Members absent: None.

<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-I Wi ski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of June 26, 1995, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P.
<br />Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B. CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that "Setting Hearing Date for
<br />Thomas A. and Dennis M. Leach (Artistic Finishes, Inc.) Industrial
<br />Development Bonds" be added to the Consent Agenda as Item B-6.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P Johnson, Wi ski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items
<br />B-1 through B-3, B-5 and B-6 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P.
<br />Johnson, Wi ski, Goedeke, and V Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />B-1 P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the agreed upon settlement
<br />of $4,235,050 and implementation of the new payment schedule for
<br />annual payments of tax increment to George Reiling, pending completion
<br />of required home construction as set out in the Lexington Project Develop-
<br />ment Agreement, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson,
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />B-2 P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9197, receiving
<br />a petition and setting August 14, 1995, as the hearing date for the
<br />supplemental special assessment hearing for Project ST -87 -12 (North
<br />Como Presbyterian Church), be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P.
<br />Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />B-3 P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the following donations to the
<br />City of Roseville be approved:
