<br />E. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />E- I Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9199, requesting
<br />MnDOT and the Metropolitan Council to streamline the ISTEA Program
<br />in an effort to reduce administrative and engineering overhead, be adopted.

<br />E-2 P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9200, authorizing
<br />the Mayor and City Manager to sign a Cooperative Agreement with the
<br />with the Minnesota Department of Transportation for cost participation in
<br />the construction of County Road C-2 from Snelling Avenue to Lincoln
<br />Drive, City Project 94-10, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P.
