<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Mary Woessner's request for
<br />withdrawal of preliminary and final plat approval at 925 W. County Road
<br />B be approved with the condition that if the applicant reapplies within one
<br />year (July, 1996), the application fee will be waived. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Big Buck's, Inc., dba Panino's
<br />Restaurant, Application for On Sale Wine and Nonintoxicating Malt
<br />Beverage Licenses at 2441 Rice Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, P. Johnson, Wi ski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that DF&R Operating Company,
<br />dba Don Pablo's Restaurant, Application for On Sale Liquor and Special
<br />Sunday Licenses at 2700 Lincoln Drive be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, P. Johnson, Wi ski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Restaurant Concepts, Inc., dba
<br />Pasta Semplice, Application for On Sale Wine and Nonintoxicating Malt
<br />Beverage License at 2100 N. Snelling Avenue (Har Mar) be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />V. Johnson moved, Wi ski seconded, that an ordinance amending Section
<br />1009.02 and 1009.03 of the City Code regarding temporary signs, flags,
<br />holiday signs, and governmental signs be continued to the regular City
<br />Council meeting of Monday, July 24, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Wi ski seconded, that Ordinance 1162, amending
<br />Title IV, Chapter 407 of the City Code of the City ofRoseville by
<br />redefining nuisances; repealing certain provisions, and redesignating
<br />others, be adopted with the following changes: delete the word
<br />"deterioration" from K-1, remove K-2 and renumber the remainder of
<br />K-2 correspondingly, and clarify M-3 regarding parking and storage.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, Wi ski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.
