<br />HEARINGS
<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Western Auto's request for with-
<br />drawal of concept approval of a commercial Planned Unit Development
<br />(PUD) consisting of approximately a 12,000 square foot retail auto parts
<br />facility and rezoning from B-1 and B-2 to a PUD on 2.88 acres located in
<br />the northwest quadrant of Snelling and Oakcrest Avenues be approved.
<br />(Copy offaxed letter from C. Denise Valenta, Assistant Design Manager,
<br />Embree Construction Group, Inc. requesting withdrawal of this application
<br />on behalf of Chad Speierman, Director of Real Estate at Western Auto
<br />Supply Co. is attached). Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, and V. 10hnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that the Engelsma Limited Partnership
<br />request for a Conditional Use Permit at 2797 Hamline Avenue be
<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, October 9,
<br />1995. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wi ski, Goedeke, and V.
<br />10hnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Wiski seconded, that an ordinance amending Title 10
<br />Zoning, Chapters ] 005 and 1006, by providing for Bingo Halls as a
<br />conditional use in the B-2, B-3, and Shopping Center (SC) Zoning
<br />Districts, be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday,
<br />October 9, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wi ski, Goedeke,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that an ordinance amending the City
<br />Code of the City of Roseville by amending Section 304.01 dealing with
<br />Bingo Hall Licenses be continued to the regular City Council meeting
<br />of Monday, October 9, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel,
<br />Wi ski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
