Roseville City Council Minutes September II, 1995 E-4 G. G-l Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Northwestern College Physical Education Center review be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, September 25, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. The meeting was recessed at 6:35 p.m. for a supper break. The meeting was reconvened at 7:20 p.rn. HEARINGS P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Masterpiece Homes, Inc. request for final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan and Agreement be approved (effective after signatures and publication) subject to: 1. The modified plan illustrated at the August 14, 1995 meeting; 2. The three engineering conditions within the original staff report including: I) Vacation of Oxford right-of-way for the project; 2) A contribution to the sidewalk fund will be required for . Roselawn Avenue fi'ontage; 3) A curb cut will be required at Oxford Street and will need to be constructed to Roseville standards; and 4) The preliminary utility design and storm water ponding have been reviewed by Engineering staff and have been found to meet City standards and requirements. Staffwill continue to review final Engineering plans and specifications. 3. PUD document review by the City Attorney and approval by the City Manager and signature by the Mayor. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, and Goedeke. Nays: None. Abstain: V. Johnson. P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Roseville and Masterpiece Homes, Inc. be approved subject to document review by the City Attorney, approval by the City Manager, and signature by the Mayor.
