Johnson, ROLL CALL <br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A-I Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of MINUTES <br />November 13, 1995, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, <br />Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items B-2 through <br />B-4 and B-6 through B-8 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Wi ski, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Abstain: P. Johnson. <br /> <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />This item was removed from the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />PLANNING <br />COMMISSION <br />BYLAWS <br /> <br />B-2 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that a public hearing be established for the FAMOUS <br />regular City Council meeting of Monday, December 11, 1995, to consider Famous DAVE'S <br />Dave's of Minneapolis, dba Famous Dave's BBQ Shack, Application for On Sale <br />Wine and Nonintoxicating Malt Beverage On Sale at 2131 N. Snelling Avenue. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br />Abstain: P.
