Johnson seconded, that Resolution 9254, approving a <br />Conditional Use Permit for a One Operator Beauty Salon at 1160 Roselawn <br />Avenue, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wi ski, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />G-6 P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Khuyen Nguyen/Vietnamese <br />Buddhist Association request for a rear yard setback variance to the Zoning <br />Ordinance for the addition of an educational wing to the temple located at <br />475 Minnesota Avenue be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That landscaping along the west side of the property be approved by <br />City Staff. <br /> <br />2. That design materials be approved by Planning staff <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9255, approving Scott <br />Greseth/Welsh Companies request for an amendment to a Conditional Use <br />Permit to expand the number of gaming devices at Lava Links, 1665 W. <br />County Road B-2, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, <br />Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />G-8 <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9256, establishing City of <br />Roseville goals for the Metropolitan Council Liveable Community Housing <br />Program, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />G-9 <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the public hearing for snow removal, <br />deliveries, and trash removal noise at major parking lots be continued to the <br />regular City Council meeting of January 22, 1996, and that the City Attorney <br />be instructed to prepare an ordinance amending Section 405.03 of the City Code, <br />hourly restrictions of certain operations, to add the following language: <br /> <br />Amend 40S-03C to read: <br /> <br />c.
