<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items B-1 and B-2

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that a proclamation proclaiming Sunday,
<br />January 21, 1996, as Harriet Alexander Nature Center Library Day be adopted.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be
<br />authorized to sign the agreement with Ramsey County for a SCORE Funding
<br />Grant in the amount of $68,331. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke,
<br />Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the emergency allocation to replace
<br />the heating/air conditioning unit in the Public Works garage and lunchroom
<br />areas be approved in an amount not to exceed $5,000, to be funded from the
<br />Plant Depreciation Fund. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.
