<br />Use Permit for Super America to construct a station/store wit 1 a car wash at
<br />2295 Rice Street, be adopted with the addition of a WHERE1S stating State law
<br />requires this permit be issued by virtue ofthe 60 day rule con ,ained in Statute No.
<br />15.99, Subdivision 3, adopted by the State Legislature. Rolli :all, Ayes: Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that the Mayor and City M mager be
<br />authorized to sign the final Development Agreement on beha f of the City with
<br />Independent School District 623, with the addition of a prope 'ly drafted
<br />arbitration clause. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, md Wall. Nays:
<br />None.
