<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that the regular City Co mcil meeting
<br />scheduled for Monday, May 27, be rescheduled to Tuesday, ~ fay 28,1996,
<br />because of the Memorial Day Holiday. Roll Call, Ayes: Wis::i, Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that a Special City Counc 1 Work Session be
<br />established for Wednesday, May I, from 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. for :he purpose of
<br />discussing Proposed Objectives and Goals for the 1997 Budg ~t. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: N me.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Wi ski moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9296, awa ding the sale of
<br />$2,100,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 22 to FBS, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />
<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that the width of ChatswOI :h Street and
<br />Millwood Avenue be reconsidered and be constructed to a 30 foot street width
<br />instead of a 32 foot street width. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, GO( deke, and Wall.
<br />Nays: Maschka and Mastel.

<br />COMMUNICATIONS, RECOGNITIONS, AND PUBLIC: COMMENTS
<br />A representative from NSP presented a certificate, recognizin g the City's
<br />efforts in energy conservation in local government, to the Ro ,eville City
<br />Council.
<br />
<br />The Public Works Garage, City Hall, City License Office an( Fire Station No.1
<br />installed energy efficient lighting late in 1995 and received ir centives, or bounties,
<br />from NSP through their Local Government Energy Conserva ion Program. As
<br />additional benefits, NSP provided 0 percent financing for the retrofit projects
<br />and reimbursed the City of Roseville for 15 percent of the pn ject cost through
<br />the engineering reimbursement category.
