<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regl LIar meeting of
<br />April 22, 1996, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschla, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent Agend L, Items B-1 and

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Michael Kaase's re, uest for a 4-1/2
<br />foot side yard setback variance at 1905 W. Belmont Lane, to I rovide an
<br />additional 8 foot wide side parking stall, be approved. Roll C lll, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the request from Br mhall School for a
<br />variance from Minnesota State Statute 299F.Oll, Subdivision 5, regarding
<br />Brimhall's "reading lofts" located in Rooms 117 and 119, be forwarded to the
<br />Minnesota State Fire Marshal with the Roseville City Council recommendation
<br />that the variance request be granted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9298, A Ithorizing
<br />Application for Tax Base Revitalization Account for the Mid, vest Motor Express
<br />site at 2778 N. Cleveland Avenue, be adopted. Roll Call, Aye s: Mastel,
<br />Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Application for Tax Base Revitalization Account for the Idea Security Hardware
