CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting of the City Council- June 10,1996. 6:30 P.M. The City Council met on the above date with the following members] lresent: Goedeke, ROLL CALL Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Members absent: None. A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A-I Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the re!:ular meeting of MINUTES May 28, 1996, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wi ski . Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. B. CONSENT AGENDA Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Consent Agenda, [terns B-1 through CONSENT B-4 and B-7 through B-8 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goed ~ke, Wiski, Mastel, AGENDA Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. B-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that a proclamation proclai ming July 12, 1996 as Lake Owasso Garden Club Day in the City of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. B-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the following blanket ninor variance for driveway side yard setbacks in conjunction with street work h :ing done in the community be approved: Earl Holcomb's request for a 20 foot minor variance al 2520 Simpson Street. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. B-3 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Mayor and City N anager be authorized to execute an Assessment Agreement correcting or ly the following typographic errors relating to the Phase II industrial building ~ ite recently completed by Ryan Companies: 1. Reference to an incorrect prior Development Agreeme nt- refers to the "Second Amended and Restated Develop] nent Agreement instead of the Third Amended and Restatell Development Agreement", and 2. ". . . the Agreement terminates as to the Part II or Part III Project if the City Advance as to such Part is dischargl:d under Section 3.3. The citation should have been Section 3.:;(3)".
