<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Mayor and Counci I Member Dorm
<br />Wiski be authorized to sign a Certification of Local Performar ce Measures for
<br />Local Performance Aid (LPA) in 1997. Roll Call, Ayes: Goeceke, Wiski,
<br />Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />COMMUNICATIONS, RECOGNITIONS, AND PUBLIC COMMENTS
<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that a check presented to the City of
<br />Roseville from Ryan Companies, in the amount of$5,000, be lccepted to be
<br />used towards the purchase of 300 trees planted around the OVAL, and a thank
<br />you extended to Ryan Companies employees for their assistan::e in planting
<br />these trees. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Midway Speed Skating Club
<br />members and friends be commended for dedicating considerable volunteer hours
<br />to the planting and mulching of some 300 trees around the fen::ed perimeter of
<br />the OVAL to improve the appearance of the facility, promote energy
<br />conservation, and the quality of the skating experience for OV AL participants.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />HEARINGS
<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Frank Tschida's request for final plat
<br />approval at 350 S. Owasso Boulevard, with an 80 foot width and a 5 foot
<br />variance for each of the six lots on the cul-de-sac; a $500 park/recreation cash
<br />dedication for each lot; and an 8 percent grade for a portion of Stanbridge Circle,
<br />consistent with the approved preliminary plat, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the request authorizing the Mayor and
<br />City Manager to sign a Subdivision Development Contract between the City of
<br />Roseville and the developer, subject to review by the City Attorney, be continued
<br />to the regular City Council meeting of Tuesday, June 25, 199E. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the request authorizing the Mayor and
<br />City Manager to sign the final plat of Tschida's Owasso Hills Fourth Addition
<br />after approval and signing of the Subdivision Agreement be continued to the
<br />regular meeting of Tuesday, June 25, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski,
<br />Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.
