<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />July 8, 1996 <br /> <br />G. <br />G-1 <br /> <br />G-2 <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Roseville Covenant Church request <br />for preliminary and final plat approval, vacation of easements, and a 16.5 foot <br />height variance from R -1 standards of 30 feet for their proposed building at 2865 <br />Hamline Avenue North be continued to the regular City Council meeting of <br />Monday, August 12, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, <br />and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Wadsworth Old Chicago, Inc., dba Old <br />Chicago, Application for On Sale and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses and the <br />outside sales/consumption endorsement at 2100 North Snelling Avenue, be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, and Wall.
