EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the city Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the sixteenth day of September, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8711 RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO RESTRICT PARKING ALONG A PORTION OF HAMLINE AVENUE WHEREAS, Ramsey County has planned the improvement of Hamline Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B; and WHEREAS, the County will be expending County State Aid Highway funds (S.A.P. 62-650-04) on the improvement of said street; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 8695 was approved on July 22, 1991, requesting the imposition of parking restrictions on Hamline Avenue; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville wishes to amend the parking restrictions imposed on Hamline Avenue by Resolution No. 8695; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City requests the County to restrict the parking of motor vehicles on the east side of Hamline Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to Shryer Avenue and both sides of Hamline Avenue from Shryer Avenue to C'Junty Road B. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, and Rog and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
