<br />request to conduct a raffle on September 8, 1996, at VFW Post 755, located at VFW LADIES

<br />for an Exemption from Lawful Gambling Licensing Requirements to conduct

<br />Avenue, be appointed to an unexpired term on the Parks and Recreation
<br />Commission expiring on March 31, 1998. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Kent Kokko, 802 Oakcrest, be
<br />appointed to an unexpired term on the Grass Lake Water Management
<br />Organization expiring December 31, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel,
