<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />September 23, 1996 <br /> <br />C-5 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Affordable Housing Pilot Program <br />(Feasibility Study and the Community Collaborative Program) with a cost not <br />to exceed $8,400 for the Feasibility Study and $3,600 for the Multi-family <br />Program be approved. Other services provided to assist the staff in developing <br />the housing educational programs will be at an hourly rate of $50.00. The <br />funding source shall be the City Housing Fund, with staff to prepare a Service <br />Agreement for approval by the City Manager. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, <br />Goedeke, Mastel, and Wiski. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />AFFORDABLE <br />HOUSING <br />PILOT <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br />C-6 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9331, accepting the work RESOLUTION <br />completed under Project W-95-03, repainting of the City water tank, be adopted. 9331 <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wiski. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-7 <br /> <br />This item was withdrawn from the Council Agenda at this time by the City <br />Manager because it is part of the 1997 Park Improvement Program and will be <br />bid in early 1997. <br /> <br />C-8 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9332, declaring the official <br />intent of the City to reimburse certain expenditures for special assessment <br />projects from bond proceeds to be issued by the City, be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wiski. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-9 <br /> <br />This item was removed from the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />C-I0 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the attached Business Licenses be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wiski.
