Members absent: None. <br /> <br />B. <br />B-1 <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />C-l <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of <br />October 14, 1996, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, <br />Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-l <br />through C-4, C-7, and C-8, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, <br />Wiski, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Arthur Mueller's request for <br />preliminary plat approval at 2224 Acorn Road be continued to the regular City <br />Council meeting of Monday, November 25, to allow time for the applicant to <br />complete a wetland delineation and receive comments from the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District and for Planning Commission review and recommendation. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br /> <br />ARTHUR <br />MUELLER <br /> <br />C-2 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Automotive Information Systems AUTOMOTIVE <br />withdrawal of a request for a Conditional Use Permit for operation of a limited INFORMATION <br />automobile repair component within a larger office facility at 2611 Hamline SYSTEMS <br />Avenue North, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, <br />and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-3 <br /> <br />C-4 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that James Ingison's request for a 1 foot <br />height variance for a fence at 505 Hillscourte North be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the City of Roseville's Acceptance of <br />Donations Policy be amended by changing the third paragraph in the policy <br />section to read as follows: <br /> <br />To avoid conflict of interest or appearance of impropriety, the <br />solicitation of donations by City staff is not permitted except by: <br /> <br />· authorization by the City Council, and/or <br /> <br />· distribution of an annual Roseville Donor Opportunity <br />Program in the February issue of the City Newsletter. <br /> <br />JAMES <br />INGISON <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE <br />OF <br />DONATIONS <br />POLICY <br />
