The following is a list of nEW license <br />applications awaiting council action. <br /> <br />Everything Butt the Cigar, Inc. <br />Rosedale Center Kiosk <br />Sale of Cigarettes and/or Tobacco Produ:ts <br /> <br />Heins Valley Creek Nursery, Inc. <br />9050 Hudson Road, Woodbury, MN <br />Sale of Christmas Trees <br />At Rosedale Center <br />The applicant and a representative from Rosedale Center <br />will be at the council meeting to answe~ any questions the <br />Council may have. (See attached informa :ion) <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPLICATIONS <br /> <br />The correct fees have been paid to the City lt the time the <br />applications were made. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> <br />The City staff has reviewed the applicationE and determined that <br />the applicants meet City requirements. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> <br />Motion approving the above listed license arplications for the <br />year ending June 30, 1997. <br />
