<br />for a Bottle Club License at 2555 N. Snelling Avenue be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9366, approving proposed
<br />modifications to the existing tax increment financing plans for Tax Increment
<br />Districts 1-14 and 16 and to the Development Program for Development District
<br />1, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS (continued if necessary)
<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be
<br />authorized to execute an amendment extending the Escrow Agreement with
<br />Ryan Companies to April 12, 1997 regarding the Centre Pointe site, with the
<br />approval of the City Attorney. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel,
<br />Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that if a draft Development Agreement is
<br />not completed between the City and Ryan Companies by February 10, 1997,
<br />the City can call the Option Agreement and require Ryan to cancel it. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.
