<br />B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />B-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of APPROV AL
<br />January 27, 1997, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and OF MINUTES
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-1, C-4,

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Judy Adams' and Sharon Duranly's
<br />request for a 16 foot rear yard setback variance at 2865-67 North Pascal Street,
<br />to construct an 11' x 24' sun room and a 3' deck on the rear of the existing two
<br />family dwelling, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka,
<br />Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />established for the regular City Council meeting of Monday, February 24, 1997.
