Members absent: Mastel. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />H. HEARINGS <br />H-1 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9392, providing for the RESOLUTION <br />issuance and sale of revenue bonds for Presbyterian Homes of Minnesota, and 9392 <br />authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to sign the Application for the Approval <br />ofthe Industrial Bond Project, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, <br />Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />N. ADJOURNMENT <br />N-l Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at 6:40 p.m. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall.
