<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mastel,
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall. Members absent: None.

<br />B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />B-1 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />March 10, 1997, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None. Abstain: Maschka, because he was not present at that
<br />meeting.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of
<br />March 17, 1997, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka and
<br />Wall. Nays: None. Abstain: Mastel, because she was not present at that
<br />meeting.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-1

<br />C-1 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the City Attorney be directed to prepare MASSAGE
<br />revisions to the Massage Therapy Ordinance to include Health Clubs, and to THERAPY
<br />increase the number of individual massage therapists allowed at a business ORDINANCE
<br />establishment from two to four. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, REVISION
<br />Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />C-2 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9393, accepting the work RESOLUTION
<br />completed within the Townhomes of Lake Owasso plat and starting a one year 9393
<br />warranty period, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that a James Addition Neighborhood Task
<br />Force be established, adopting a Task Force "Charge", and inviting the James
<br />Addition residents to apply for a position on the Advisory Task Force. Staff is
<br />directed to mail application invitations to all James Addition residents. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that a consultant contract for Economic
<br />Development Consulting Services be approved, with the Consultant Contract
<br />subject to review by the City Attorney and approval by the City Manager. Roll
