<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />March 24, 1997, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Item C-1, be

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Item F-2, CSM/Ryan Company request
<br />for preliminary and final plat approval of a portion of the Centre Pointe project
<br />to be known as Centre Pointe Business Park Second Addition, be moved under
<br />Hearings on the agenda to become H-3. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
