<br />B-1 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the spe cia1 meeting of MINUTES

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that APT's request for a ( onditiona1 Use
<br />Permit to erect a non-lighted 150 foot steel, self-supporting telephone tower and
<br />equipment cabinets on the southwestern edge of property corr monly known as
<br />the St. Paul Water Authority reservoir site be added to the ag€:nda to become
<br />Item 1-4. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke. and Wall. Nays:

<br />C-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be
<br />authorized to enter into an agreement with Precision Landsca oe and Tree, Inc.
<br />for the removal of diseased trees and stumps at $10.1 O/diame ler inch per
<br />advertised specifications, with the expenditure to be taken fre m the Diseased
<br />Tree Account of the 1997 Budget. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Naschka, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />C-4 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9401, acc epting the work
<br />under 1987 Contract A and authorizing final payment to Schi Lefer Contracting
<br />Company in the amount of$17,976.48, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,
<br />Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
