<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Mastel moved, Goedekt~ seconded, that the minutes of the regl lar meeting of
<br />April 28, 1997, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wisk, Mastel, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that the Consent Agenda, !tel as C-l through
<br />C-7 and C-9 and C-l 0, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedek ~, Wiski, Mastel,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9409, amend ng Resolution
<br />9382 providing for the issuance and sale of bonds on behalf 0: Presbyterian
<br />Home Care Centers, Inc., Project Series 1997, and ratifying de signation made
<br />on behalf ofthe City, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, iViski, Mastel,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Norman Herauf s reques for minor
<br />variance at 2797 Churchill, to reduce the setback of an access lry building
<br />constructed in 1985 to 4.25 feet for the purpose of bringing itnto compliance,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wi ski, Mastel, and 'Tall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Virginia Olson's reques1 for minor
<br />variance at 455 Southhill Drive, to allow the continuance of a boulevard
<br />parking space, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wisk , Mastel, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel s.econded, that Charles Claxton's reque t for minor
<br />variance at 428 Southhill Drive, to allow the continuance of a boulevard
<br />parking space to be set back less than one foot from the east J roperty line, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and Wa I. Nays: None.

<br />driveway side yard setbacks in conjunction with street work 1 eing done in the
<br />community be approved: Gretchen Senft, 2301 Auerbach A 'enue; Stuart and
<br />Jean Remus, 2998 Hand Avenue; Gregory Stene, 404 Lovell <\ venue; Dale
<br />Severson, 2306 Southhill Drive; and Jerome Krueger, 1407' 1. Eldridge
