Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, <br />Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-2, and <br />C-4 through C-6, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, <br />Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />This item was removed from the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Dan H. Lam's application for a license <br />to sell cigarettes and/or tobacco products at Hamline Liquors, located at 2825 <br />N. Hamline Avenue, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, <br />Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />This item was removed from the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Church of St. Rose of Lima's <br />request for an Exemption from Lawful Gambling Licensing requirements to <br />conduct lawful gambling activities on September 21, 1997 at 2072 Hamline <br />Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and <br />Wall.
