REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />F-1 Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be directed BROOKS FIBRE <br />to sign the final draft of a right-of-way agreement, as reviewed and approved by PROPERTIES <br />the City Attorney, with Brooks Fibre Properties, Inc. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, <br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />F-2 <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9412, accepting the citizen <br />petition to install street lights on Iona Lane between Mackubin Street and <br />Western Avenue, Irene Circle, and Iona Circle, and authorizing the preparation <br />ofa feasibility study, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, <br />Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />9412 <br /> <br />H. HEARINGS <br />H-l Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Applebee's Neighborhood Bar & APPLEBEE'S <br />Grill request for On Sale and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses at 1893 Highway <br />36 be approved with the condition that all required application items be <br />submitted before the licenses may be issued. The license will expire 12/31/97. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />H-2 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Lake Owasso Safe Boating <br />Association's request for permit from the Ramsey County Sheriffto place a <br />water-ski course and water-ski jump on Lake Owasso for 1997 be <br />recommended for approval.
