<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />June 9, 1997, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, and
<br />Maschka. Nays: None.. Abstain: Wall, because he was not present at that
<br />meeting.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-l, C-2,
<br />C-4 through C-8, and C-I0 through C-13, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that David and Lisa Boom's request for a
<br />minor variance to reduce the front yard setback of a private garage to three
<br />feet for the purpose of replacing an existing detached garage at 300 South
<br />McCarrons Boulevard W. be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel,
<br />Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the following blanket minor variances
<br />for driveway side yard setbacks in conjunction with street work being done in
<br />the community be approved: Evelyn Schotl, 156 South McCarrons Boulevard
<br />W.; Thomas and Kathleen DeHaven, 283 Capitol View Avenue W.; Neil and
<br />Gales Svendsen, 328 North McCarrons Boulevard W.; and Kenneth Tschida,
<br />1027 Ryan Avenue W. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wi ski, Maschka,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />This item was removed from the Consent Agenda.
<br />
<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Midland Hills Country Club request
<br />to connect its bathroom facility building, located at the southwest corner of the
<br />golf course, to sewer services with the City of Lauderdale for the purpose of
<br />basic domestic service be approved with the following condition:
<br />
<br />Midland Hills Country Club shall connect to the Roseville
<br />sewer system when and if it becomes available.
<br />
