<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9439, amending the
<br />Assessment Policy adopted on May 9, 1983, to limit the assessable footage
<br />of non subdividable lots to a maximum of their depth, be adopted. Roll Call,

<br />permit for Lake Ridge parking lot expansion at 2727 Victoria Street N. be
<br />scheduled for Monday, August 25, 1997, and direct City staff to notify the
<br />affected adjacent property owners and signers of the petition. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9440, ordering abatement
<br />of nuisance at 2828 Griggs, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance 1186, an ordinance
<br />amending Chapter 703 of the City Code by adding Section 703.10 which
<br />prohibits the obstruction or blocking of City pathways, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, GOI~deke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that an ordinance repealing Chapters 1204
<br />and 1205 of the City Code, Wireless Communications System Franchise and
<br />Wireless Communications System Permit respectively, be continued to the
<br />regular City Council meeting of Monday, August 25, 1997. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
