<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />August 11,1997, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-1
<br />through C-4, C-6, C-8, C-1 0 and C-11, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,

<br />C-I Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Thomas and Mary Lou Nicholls request THOMAS AND
<br />for a minor variance at 2160 Draper Avenue W., to reduce the driveway setback MARY LOU
<br />to less than one foot along the west side property line for the purpose of NICHOLLS
<br />replacing an existing driveway, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel,

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Robert Putz's request for a minor
<br />variance at 1253 Roselawn Avenue W., to reduce the driveway setback to less
<br />than one foot along the east side property line for the purpose of replacing an
<br />existing driveway, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Marvin Olson's request for a minor
<br />subdivision to transfer property from 2950 West Owasso Boulevard to 2968
<br />West Owasso Boulevard be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the APT request for a 120 day
<br />extension of a temporary tower permit at the Dale Street Fire Station and the
<br />relocation of the tower to an approved Water Works site be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.
