<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Richard Magner's request for a boulevard
<br />parking pad at 394 S. McCarrons Boulevard be denied because of precedent
<br />setting implications and lack of variance procedure for boulevard parking in a
<br />public right-of-way. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Council agreed to move to H -1, Hearings, of the Council Agenda at this time,
<br />with Items F-2 through F-4 moved to Reports and Recommendations

<br />parking lot expansion-approval of excavation permit and planting/fence NURSING HOME
<br />design-2727 Victoria Street N. be continued to the regular City Council
<br />meeting of Monday, October 27, 1997, and extending the review period for an
<br />additional sixty (60) days. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />final plat approval for Gateway Business Park be continued to the regular City
<br />Council meeting of Monday, September 8, 1997. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Opus Northwest LLC request for
<br />Subdivision Development Agreement for Gateway Business Park be continued
<br />to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, September 8, 1997. Roll Call,
