<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />August 25, 1997, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-2
<br />through C-4 and C-8 through C-l 0, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that David Rychlicki's request for a
<br />minor variance at 2754 Huron Street, to replace an existing accessory building
<br />(detached garage) within the side yard of a parcel and to reduce the front yard
<br />setback to 24 feet, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wi ski,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Delton Schirmer's request for a
<br />minor variance at 1862 Victoria Street North, to reduce the side yard setback
<br />of a driveway to less than one foot for the purpose of constructing a new
<br />driveway, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Vernon Roman's request for a minor
<br />variance at 2714 Marion Street North, to reduce the side yard setback of a
<br />driveway to less than one foot for the purpose of bringing an existing driveway
<br />into compliance with the City Code, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
