<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />September 8, 1997, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-l and C-2
<br />and C-7 through C-9 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes; Maschka, Mastel, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Edward Zoerb's request for a minor
<br />variance at 3170 Sandy Hook Drive, to reduce the side yard setback to 2.5
<br />feet for the purpose of constructing a 7.5' x 26.3' addition to an attached garage,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes; Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, the Louis Stacey's request for a minor
<br />variance at 518 Heinel Drive, to reduce the side yard setback of a driveway to
<br />3 feet for the purpose of constructing an addition to an existing driveway, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.
