The following renewal applications await council action: <br /> <br />Ray Anderson & Sons Co. Inc. <br />930 Duluth St. <br />St. Paul, MN 55106-3418 <br />Solid Waste Hauler License <br /> <br />Vasko Rubbish Removal Inc. <br />920 Atlantic St. <br />St. Paul, MN 55106 <br />Solid Waste Hauler License <br />Recycling Contractor <br /> <br />New <br />Stephen Amadick** <br />(dba: Stephen's Salon) <br />1125 County Road B <br />Massage Therapy Establishment <br /> <br />Sharai Finch <br />1298 Burr St. <br />St. Paul, MN 55101 <br />Massage Therapist <br />Stephen's Salon <br /> <br />Transfer <br />(was Jiffy Gas Station) <br />Jordan Stop II <br />2154 Lexington Ave <br />Gasoline Station <br />Sale of Cigarette/Tobacco Products <br /> <br />**Note: Currently there are four (4) licensed Massage Therapy Establishments in the City, with <br />a maximum of six (6) allowed by City Ordinance. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPLICATIONS <br /> <br />The correct fees were paid to the City at the time the applications were made. <br /> <br />ST AFF RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> <br />The City staff has reviewed the applications and has determined that the applicants meets City <br />requirements. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> <br />Motion approving the above license applications. <br />
