<br />Wall moved, Goedeke seconded, that the B-Dale Club's reques for renewal of
<br />their premises permit to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2 100 N. Dale

<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Roseville Review b ~ designated as
<br />legal newspaper for the City of Roseville for 1998. Roll Call, j .yes: Mastel,
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9503, authoriz ng the Public
<br />Works Director to reapportion assessments in 1998, be adopted, Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: NOIe.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that a Special City Council Work Session
<br />be established for Tuesday, January 20, 1998, beginning at 5:011 p.m. at the
<br />Roseville City Hall for the purpose of interviewing seven appli :ants for the
<br />vacancy on the Parks and Recreation Commission. Roll Call, 1 ~yes: Mastel,
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9504, Resol1 Ltion on
<br />Designation of Bank Signatories, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9505, Reso ution on
<br />Designation of Depositories, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Ma~ tel, Maschka,

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the 1998 Law Enforcellent Labor
<br />Services contract settlement be approved, and authorizing the ( :ity Manager
<br />to execute a contract incorporating the settlement terms, subje( t to approval by
<br />the City Attorney. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedekl:, Wiski, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />ranges for Clerical/Technical employees by 3 percent and incnasing the
<br />flexible benefit program to $310 (family) and $180 (single), bt adopted. Roll
