<br />Use Permit to allow concrete crushing and mixing operations on a portion of a
<br />20 acre Ramsey County owned parcel located east of Kent Street and north of
<br />Larpenteur Avenue, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski,
<br />Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a new McDonald's
<br />restaurant at 2075 Snelling Avenue North be continued to the regular City
<br />Council meeting of Tuesday, March 10,1998. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.
