<br />HEARINGS
<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Thanh V. Hoang (dba Hamline Liquor)
<br />request for Off Sale Liquor License at 2825 N. Hamline Avenue be approved
<br />with the condition that all required application items be submitted before the
<br />license may be issued. The license will expire December 31, 1998. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wi ski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />The meeting was recessed for a 10 minute break.

<br />LAND USE
<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Bradley Real Estate, Inc. request for
<br />final plat approval for Roseville Center, a three lot subdivision at the inter-
<br />section of Lexington Avenue North and Larpenteur Avenue West, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: Goedeke.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the final development plan for a
<br />Planned Unit Development for Roseville Center, a three lot subdivision at the
<br />intersection of Lexington Avenue North and Larpenteur Avenue West, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: Goedeke.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance 1199, amending Chapter 10
<br />of the City Code (Zoning) by changing the zoning map designation of certain
<br />real properties within the Roseville Center plat from an SC, Shopping Center,
<br />and B-1, Limited Business, to PUD, Planned Unit Development, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: Goedeke.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that a Planned unit Development/
<br />Subdivision Agreement for Roseville Center be approved with the following
<br />change: Hours of operation shall be Sunday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to
<br />midnight, and Friday and Saturday 7 :00 a.m. - 1 :00 a.m., for an 18 month
<br />period. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: Goedeke.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9531, approving a
<br />Conditional Use Permit for a take-out/self-service restaurant (McDonald's) at
<br />2075 Snelling Avenue North, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel,
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that an ordinance adding Chapter 707 to the
<br />Roseville Code to administer and regulate the use of public right-of-way be
<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, March 23, 1998.
