<br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING JOINT COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />RAMSEY COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was <br />duly held on the 14th day of October, 1991 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, <br />Maschka, and Rog, and the following were absent: <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Thomas <br />adopted. <br /> <br />moved that the following resolution be <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8715 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has become an entitlement county for <br /> <br />block grants; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has agreed to participate in the program, <br /> <br />in 1985 and 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roseville had benefitted from this particular <br /> <br />program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is more reasonabie that the Ramsey County area <br /> <br />suburbs compete between themselves as compared to variJus <br /> <br />communities on a statewide basis. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City of Roseville <br /> <br />supports the Ramsey County Community Development Program; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Council authorizes entering <br />into the joint cooperative agreement. <br />
