<br />C-4 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Roseville Community Band request ROSEVILLE
<br />for a Temporary Nonintoxicating Beer License for the celebration at Central COMMUNITY
<br />Park Lexington on the 4th of July, 1998, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: BAND
<br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Bureau Articles ofIncorporation amendments, as proposed by the City CONVENTION
<br />Attorney, be approved and also amending the first sentence of Article V to read AND VISITORS
<br />"shall consist of not less than 5 nor more than 9 voting directors. The original BUREAU
<br />members of the Board shall total 5 and shall be appointed as follows:", Roll

<br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Mark Ness' request for a minor
<br />variance at 1433 Skillman Avenue West, to reduce the side yard setback of a
<br />driveway/parking area to zero feet for the purpose of widening a driveway, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the Open Government and Fiscal
<br />Disclosure Policy, which extends the Council's past practice of openness to all
<br />City affiliated groups, Committees, Associations, and Joint Powers
<br />organizations, be approved as amended by making the last part of the first
<br />sentence under "Policy" a separate bullet to read "The proceedings are to be
<br />broadcast or recorded in either video or voice mode", and changing the 24 hour
<br />advance meeting notice in the last paragraph under "Policy" to read 72 hour
<br />advance meeting notice. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.
