<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />July 13, 1998, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-l
<br />through C-8, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wi ski,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9564, setting the date for a
<br />public hearing on Monday, August 24, 1998, for the issuance and sale of
<br />Housing Refunding Revenue Bonds (RosePointe I Project), be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the side yard setback variance granted
<br />in 1995, to allow the extension of the northern residential wing of the facility
<br />18 feet to the east toward Albert Street for Roseville Good Samaritan Center,
<br />1415 County Road B West, and reaffirmed in January, 1998, be reaffirmed as
<br />originally approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9565, declaring costs for
<br />projects to be assessed in 1998 and ordering preparation of assessment rolls
<br />for various projects, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Church of S1. Rose of Lima's
<br />request to conduct lawful gambling activities on September 20, 1998 at 2072
<br />Hamline Avenue, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Roseville Good Samaritan Center's
<br />request to conduct lawful gambling activities on September 28, 1998 at 1415
<br />W. County Road B, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.
