<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Old Chicago Restaurant's request for a
<br />One Day Outside Sales Endorsement to their On Sale Liquor License for
<br />an Octoberfest celebration on September 26, 1998, from 2:00 to 10:00 p.m. in
<br />the Har Mar parking lot at 2100 N. Snelling Avenue, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wi ski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />and a public hearing be established for the regular City Council meeting of BUDGET
<br />Monday, August 24, 1998. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the City Manager and Mayor be
<br />authorized to sign the Capitol City Mutual Aid Association Reciprocal
<br />Agreement. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Dorm Wiski be appointed as Council
<br />liaison to the North Suburban Cable Commission Task Force, and Barb Mastel
<br />be appointed as back up. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that appointments to the Roseville
<br />Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB)Board of Directors from the Hotel!
<br />Motel Industry be continued to the next regular meeting of the City Council on
<br />Monday, August 24, 1998. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Item F-2 under REPORTS AND AGENDA CHANGE
<br />RECOMMENDATIONS be moved to become Item F-l, with F-l becoming
<br />K-l, F-3 becoming K-2, F-4 becoming K-3, and F-5 becoming K-4 under K.
<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS (continued if necessary). Roll Call,

<br />F-l Maschka moved, Wi ski seconded, that Gary Ruud's appeal of the removal of GARY RUUD
<br />a tree from his premises at 1032 Ruggles be denied, and authorizing staff to
<br />notify Mr. Ruud that he has to remove the designated dangerous tree from his
<br />property by December 31, 1998. If Mr. Ruud fails to comply within this period,
<br />the City will, within 10 days after December 31, 1998, order a licensed
<br />contractor to remove the tree and assess the costs to the property. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wi ski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
