EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 14th day of October, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Thomas, Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8716 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville enter into a cooperative agreement with the Office of Drug Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the project borhood Watch/Business Watch Drug Prevention, during January I, 1992 through December 31, 1992.
