<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent Agenda Items C-l, C-2 and
<br />C-4 through C-7, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski,

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that the City Manager be authorized to sign
<br />the Agreement with Healtheast, for the provision of Employee Assistance
<br />Program Services for the period of October l, 1998 to September 30, 1999.

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution No. 9591, to correct the
<br />typographical error in Resolution No. 9558, correcting the interest rate from
<br />7.5% to 7%, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Monday, October 26, 1998, to consider Landry's Seafood House-Minnesota,
<br />d.b.a. Joe's Crab Shack, request for On-Sale and Special Liquor Licenses at
<br />2407 Snelling Service Drive East. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka,
<br />Wiski, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.
