<br />B-1 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of MINUTES
<br />October 12, 1998, be approved. Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel and Wall.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, to approve items C-2 through C-4 and C-6

<br />Wall moved, Mastel seconded, that the contract with the Minnesota
<br />Department of Health, permitting the City to become a Fiscal Agent for the
<br />Minnesota Assist Project, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka,
<br />Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be
<br />authorized to execute the Regional Fiscal Impact Study Funding Agreement
<br />with the Metropolitan Council. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution No. 9594, amending the
<br />assessment roll for M-97-0l, reducing the assessment from $764.40 to
<br />$560.00, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel and Wall.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Allied Building Products
<br />Corporation's request to continue outdoor storage of shingles on their site
<br />through March 31, 1999, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka,
<br />Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Michael McClure's request for a
<br />minor variance to allow the placement of an accessory building in the front
<br />yard area of his property at 470 North McCarrons Boulevard and a variance to
<br />reduce the front yard setback to two feet (same as existing), based on the
<br />findings of the Minor Variance Committee, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.
