HEARINGS <br /> <br />H-l <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance No. 1213, officially <br />mapping the Twin Lakes Parkway right-of-way in accordance with Minnesota <br />Statutes 462.359, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel <br />and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that until such time as the final alignment is <br />implemented, an interim alignment for Twin Lakes Parkway at the southeast <br />comer of the Pikovsky site, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, <br />Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />H-2 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the On-Sale and Special Sunday <br />Liquor Licenses for Landry's Seafood House-Minnesota, Incorporated, d.b.a. <br />Joe's Crab Shack at 2704 North Snelling Service Drive East, be approved for <br />the year ending December 31, 1998. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, <br />Mastel and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the On-Sale and Special Sunday <br />Liquor Licenses for Landry's Seafood House-Minnesota, Incorporated, d.b.a. <br />Joe's Crab Shack at 2704 North Snelling Service Drive East, be approved for <br />the year ending December 3l, 1999. LAND USE <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the concept plan for a Planned Unit <br />Development (and rezoning from R-l to PUD-B) on the two parcels owned by <br />Jim and Deb Schreier (Charles Cabinet parcel and residential parcel to the <br />north), based on the findings outlined in Section 3.1 of this report and <br />conditions as listed in Section 4.1 and Section 7.3 of this report, be approved <br />subject to the successful completion of site development plans and a PUD <br />Development Agreement. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel and <br />Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded to approve a comprehensive plan <br />amendment, for the two parcels owned by Jim and Deb Schreier (Charles <br />Cabinet parcel and residential parcel to the north), requesting a change from <br />Low Density (LDR) Residential to Business (B), within the Comprehensive <br />Plan, for the purpose of providing an owner-instigated method of changing <br />current and future land uses from residential to a small business center and a <br />neighborhood buffer strip, subject to concept and final approval of the Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD).
