Members absent: Wiski <br /> <br />6:30 p.m. <br />Roll Call <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council- November 9.1998 <br /> <br />B. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />B-1 Mastel moved. Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of October Minutes <br />26, 1998, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke. Maschka and Wall. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that items C-1 through C-7, be approved. <br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Roll Consent <br />Agenda <br /> <br />C-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that November 15-21, 1998 be proclaimed American <br />American Education Week in Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke. Maschka Education <br />and Wall. Nays: None. Week <br /> <br />C-2 Maschka moved. Mastel seconded that Independent School District No. 623 and Mark IDS No. 623 <br />Foreman's request for a minor subdivision to transfer property from the parcel north Mark <br />of 2774 Dale Street North to 2774 Dale Street North, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Foreman <br />Mastel, Goedeke. Maschka and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-3 School <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the agreement to provide a School Liaison Liaison <br />Officer to the Roseville Area High School, between Independent School District No. Officer <br />623 and the City of Roseville, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka <br />and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-4 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9596, authorizing the City Resolution <br />Manager to submit a grant application to the County of Ramsey for a 1999 SCORE 9596 <br />Funding Grant in the amount of $68,761.00 for use in Roseville's residential recycling <br />program, be adopted. Roll Call. Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />C-5 Maschka moved. Mastel seconded, that the the 1999 Rose Parade, scheduled for Rose <br />Monday. June 28, be approved. Roll Call. Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall. Parade <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-6 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the attached business licenses, be approved.
