<br />H-l Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Thomas Coil's request to withdraw his request Thomas Coil
<br />for a variance to reduce the lot width of two single family residential lots from 85 feet
<br />to 64 feet for the purpose of splitting a parcel at 1027 Shryer Avenue West, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />H-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the attached list of Liquor Licenses be liquor
<br />renewed. with the condition that all required application items be submitted before license
<br />the licenses may be issued, Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Renewals
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />H-3 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9601, certification of unpaid Resolution
<br />service accounts to the County Auditor for the collection with property taxes, be 9601

<br />H-4 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the City of Roseville's request to amend City Code
<br />Section 1016.13 of the City Code to change the MnDNR designation of Langton Lake Section
<br />from 204W to 49W (wetland) to 49P (protected water) for the purpose of facilitating 1016.13
<br />public access issues, be continued to the regular meeting of December 14, 1998. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />H-5 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9602, vacating the roadway right- Resolution
<br />of-way for Dellwood Street between County Road B-2 and T.H. 36, with the condition 9602
<br />that the vacation not be filed until the easements and agreement are approved by all
<br />parties, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Wall.
